Get added to the Tour

Add your service to the tour(s): If you’d like to have your organization, institution, agency or office added to the tour, please contact me through the About and Contact link above.  You can also leave a comment below;  note that your comment will be publicly seen.

Funding this project: Presently, I’m funding this project out of my own pocket.  Since I’m not independently wealthy, any help agencies can give would be appreciated:  a couch, a room, a meal would be very helpful.  Due to cost issues, I can’t presently guarantee to get to every town, city or region that might like to have me write on their services.  If you want to talk with me about costs, I’d be more than happy to hear from you.

Sponsors?:  Some people have suggested I look for sponsors, corporate or otherwise.  While an interesting idea, we’re going to need enough services or agencies signed on to prove to  potential sponsors this project is a viable concept.  This is going to take time, and a lot of organizations, so please help pass the word!

Of course, if a corporation or other organization is reading this and would like to talk about sponsorship, I’d be delighted to hear from you!

  1. Randy, I am the Director of the Crime Victims’ Services Division of the Oregon Department of Justice. We would love to have you visit our office and could gather a great group of advocates and activists together during your visit. I am guessing you have already been invited by Marlene Young and John Stein – they are close colleagues and we are so lucky to have them here. Oregon also is the home of the National Crime Victims’ Law Institute, Meg Garvin as Director. Oregon is also home to a unique agency – the AG’s Sexual Assault Task Force, affiliated with the AG, but a private non-profit. There are a lot of exciting things going on in Oregon that we would love to share includine issues around Sexual Assault, Victims’ Rights and Restitution. Let me know if you want to take me up on this offer and we can help coordinate. Thank you for all that you do. Cynthia
